Delivery & Returns


We offer three delivery options - postal service, EMS courier or DHL express. Delivery terms depend on the type of delivery you chose while placing your order. After the delivery provider receives your order and schedules a delivery date, you will receive an email acknowledgement with the tracking number of your parcel.
Please note, that delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select.


We accept PayPal payments.

The prices shown on our website include VAT.The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.

The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.Payment will be taken in Euro (€), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.


You may withdraw your order any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the products.

On our behalf we will refund the price of the goods in full to you. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and the goods will remain at your risk until we take delivery of them. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible. The goods need to be in their original packaging, in a sellable condition.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

If your withdrawal concerns defective products, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.
